A delightful breakfast surprise
Waking up early was rewarded with a delightful breakfast featuring local specialties. Every staff member wore a warm smile, making each interaction enjoyable. The hotel’s location allowed easy exploration of cultural hotspots.
While my experience was largely positive, the soundproofing could use improvement. I occasionally heard noise from adjacent rooms, which mildly disrupted my peace during my stay.

Why it’s almost great (but not quite)
Amazing rooftop pool with beautiful views! The staff were exceptionally welcoming, especially Mr Ayyaf and Mr Abdulrahman, enhancing our stay!
Elevators only access designated floors, limiting group visits. Noise from other guests interrupted the peaceful environment occasionally.

amazing rooftop pool views, excellent Cornish location, impressive security features
Housekeeping service can be slow, with delays until 4-5 pm!!! The elevator setup is inconvenient for groups, requiring card access for inter-floor visits!!! The internet connectivity on the TV is inconsistent, leading to unnecessary technician visits!!!

oh how charming, I arrived to a long queue at reception and only one receptionist was available—absolutely delightful, not! The breakfast was more like an insult than a spread, and I expected at least a complimentary gesture given the inconveniences. My stay could have been splendid, but alas, it just woudl ve bee a dream.

Clean rooms with comfortable bedding create a solid environment for relaxation. The hotel's design includes connecting family rooms, perfect for keeping everyone close during your stay.
Encountered some hiccups during check-in that stretched longer than expected. Internet connectivity issues with the TV in one room led to unnecessary interventions, and the breakfast selection disappointed with limited options, lacking in variety and depth to match expectations from such a brand. While the setup is decent for families, it felt underwhelming for special occasions like Eid, which could have had a more festive dining experience.

The breakfast spread was a tasty array, especially the fresh cheese bread that gave me life! The comfort of the Connecting Family King Room with Two Twin Beds was top-notch and perfect for our family hangout. Plus, the location was quiet, making it a great retreat.
Had a bumpy run-in with the Operations Manager who was a bit too authoritative for my taste. The tech issues with the TV, where I got blamed unfairly, put a damper on our Eid celebrations, but we still made the best of it.
